1. About smashr.club smashr.club is a software platform that provides club and academy management tools to independently operated clubs and academies ("Clubs"). smashr.club is not a club operator and does not operate, manage, or control any Club listed on this platform. 2. Platform Services smashr.club provides technology infrastructure including account management, scheduling, enrollment, attendance tracking, payment processing facilitation, and communication tools. All services are provided on behalf of the Club you register with. 3. Club Independence Each Club using smashr.club is independently owned and operated. smashr.club is not responsible for: • Club policies, schedules, fees, or program content • Facility safety, maintenance, or conditions • Refund or cancellation disputes between you and a Club • The conduct of Club staff, coaches, or other participants • Any agreements, waivers, or terms presented by the Club during registration Disputes regarding Club services, fees, or policies must be resolved directly with the Club. 4. Account Obligations By creating an account on smashr.club, you agree to: • Provide accurate and current registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account 5. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the platform to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Impersonate another person or entity • Interfere with or disrupt platform services • Attempt unauthorized access to platform systems or other accounts 6. Intellectual Property The smashr.club platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by smashr.club and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission. 7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, smashr.club shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform • Losses resulting from Club decisions, disputes, or operations • Service interruptions or data loss outside our reasonable control 8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario. 9. Amendments smashr.club may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or platform notification. 10.
